Kit Bolling, LEED, AP
Partner/Interior Designer
Kit Bolling was first intrigued by the idea of interior design as the perfect mix between creativity and commerce. With nearly two decades in the business, she’s balanced another ingredient: the human experience. Kit understands that a project is not a pristine piece of art, but a fluid framework for how people work and live.
As BNB Design’s head of interiors, Kit brings a vast knowledge of finishes, fixtures and furniture. She matches her clients’ taste with carefully-chosen materials to deliver a design that is pleasing, resilient and timeless. With significant experience in fast-tracked tenant finishes, Kit is well-versed in getting things done, on time and on budget.
Kit believes building a strong relationship with a client is the most effective path to a successful project. Through active listening and open communication, she draws out a client’s aspirations and true needs, and then translates those into goals for the physical world.
