Erin Bardon welcomes the challenge of seamlessly merging art and technology, creating a space that is an effortless blend of form and function. Her approach is seasoned by a strong commitment to schedule and budget adherence, as she feels a deep accountability for her clients’ resources.
Today, Erin leads the architectural efforts as a partner for BNB Design. Her broad experience base—drawn from 20-plus years in the industry—includes commercial office projects, multifamily housing, renovations, development master planning, restaurants and retail, training and education facilities and single family homes.
Her skillful exploration unearths the details behind a client’s processes and organizational structure, allowing her to create a space that encourages high function. Erin’s goal-oriented focus and strategic creative approach often allows her to anticipate issues before they become problems, saving projects time and money.

- Historic Renovation of Building 216 Fort Riley, Kansas: Project Manager for a design build project for the Corps of Engineers, ATFP requirements, seismic upgrade and ADA upgrades, LEED Silver.
- National Fish and Wildlife Center; Visitor Center, Onalaska, Wisconsin: Project Manager for a 15,000 square-foot new construction, zero carbon project, LEED Silver certified, design build.
- National Fish and Wildlife Center; Visitor Center, Puxico Missouri: Project Manager for a 15,000 square-foot new construction, zero carbon project, LEED Silver certified, design build.
- IHOPU Campus, Grandview Missouri: Project Architect for a 60,000 square foot tenant improvement project with auditoriums, cafeteria, library, offices, coffee shop.
- Child Development Centers at Camp Forsyth and Camp Whiteside, Fort Riley, Kansas: Principal in Charge for two $5 million, 15,000 square-foot centers.
- IHOP Camp Building, Kansas City, Missouri: Principal in charge for the phased tenant finish project including gymnasium, locker room, offices and kitchen.
- Indian Health Services Facility at Haskell University, Lawrence, Kansas: Principal in Charge for a $1 million addition and remodel .
- Open Ended IDIQ for the Department of Veteran Affairs in the VA Heartland Network 15 for Architecture Services.
- Youth with a Mission Training Facility, Kansas City, Missouri: Principal in Charge for a 32,000 square-foot facility for traveling missionary groups, including a 15,000 square-foot auditorium.
- New construction of contaminated ground water treatment building, Village of Garden City, New York. Superfund Site, Design Build, Federal Project, Pre-Engineered Building.
- University of Nations Master Plan and Design, Kona, Hawaii: Principal in Charge for campus master plan and building designs for a religious missionary college, including a 60,000 square-foot cafeteria, 10,000 square-foot chapel, fourteen student housing units, staff housing and a 108,000 square-foot classroom building.
